This position is about ensuring that the Product Engineering team has a full understanding of the customers' products and that changes in products are managed.Product Engineering SupervisorBluechips is looking for an individual to work in our Product Engineering department in order to oversee the team. This position will make sure that the department has a full understanding of the products of our customers and makes sure that changes are managed and implemented in a streamlined way for the business.RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Supervise team of Product Engineers looking after all customer accounts
  • Understand customer's products and technical information
  • Manage engineering changes and recommendations
  • Be the technical interface at Bluechips for your customers and work with Customer Service to ensure clear communication
  • Manage and optimise material and process lists for your assigned customers
  • Assess and examine prospective suppliers for materials and equipment, support in subcontracting processes
QUALIFICATION:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar
  • Very good command of English, other languages are a benefit
  • 3-5 years of experience in the field of Electronics
  • Knowledge of any of AutoCAD, Solidworks, DFM Software, MS Office is a bonus
