Production Director (Manufacturing, Chiangmai)

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the manufacturing strategy to align with the company's business goals, ensuring operational excellence, quality, and efficiency.
Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, from production planning and scheduling to quality control and logistics.
Lead, mentor, and train the manufacturing team. Foster a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and high performance.
Identify and implement modern manufacturing techniques (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
Work closely with other departments, including R&D, Supply Chain, and Sales, to ensure seamless operations and achieve company-wide objectives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all manufacturing-related matters, providing clear and concise reports to senior management.
Ensure all manufacturing operations adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Travel internationally as required to visit suppliers, attend industry conferences, or collaborate with overseas partners.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
Extensive knowledge of modern manufacturing principles and practices.
Proven experience in leading large teams and driving organizational change.
Ability to build strong relationships, motivate a team, and handle conflicts effectively.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Hands-on knowledge of production processes and equipment.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
