Job DescriptionWe are looking for a compassionate and experienced General Practitioner to provide high-quality primary healthcare services. This role requires a balance of traditional clinical expertise and the ability to adapt to modern healthcare technologies, including telemedicine platforms and AI-assisted diagnostics. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a patient-centered approach, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.Important:
Working from Monday - Saturday (6 days/week)
Qualifications & Experience
MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized and accredited institution.
At least 3-4 years of hands-on experience in general clinical practice.
Familiarity with telemedicine, tele-reporting, and online medical documentation.
Strong knowledge of preventive healthcare and primary care protocols.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Consultations: Conduct thorough medical consultations, review patient histories, perform physical assessments (when applicable), and provide clear diagnoses.
Diagnostic Review & Collaboration: Interpret diagnostic findings, including AI-generated reports, and collaborate with specialists when advanced care is required.
Treatment & Care Planning: Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs, ensuring holistic care.
Preventive Healthcare: Offer health education, lifestyle guidance, and preventive care strategies to support long-term patient well-being.
Medical Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed, and compliant electronic health records, ensuring proper documentation of diagnoses, treatments, and follow-ups.
Emergency Care: Provide immediate medical response and stabilization in emergency situations before referring patients for specialized treatment if needed.
Remote & Tele-Consultations: Deliver professional consultations via digital platforms, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care for patients in different locations.
Communication & Patient Engagement: Clearly explain medical information to patients and families, ensuring understanding and building trust in the care process.
Follow-Ups & Scheduling: Manage patient follow-ups, monitor progress, and coordinate care through both in-person and remote channels.
Continuous Professional Development: Stay up to date with new medical research, innovations in healthcare delivery, and evolving telehealth practices.
