As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities.Your Key ResponsibilitiesSupport for establishment and further development of a management system for sustainability, corporate social responsibility (CSR), environment, occupational health and safety in Regional Purchasing in coordination with global Purchasing Sustainability.Lead the development of strategy in line with the business KPI's for a Sustainability@Suppliers including but not limited to: Sustainable Procurement Policy (SPP), Self Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ), Sustainability Target Agreements (STA), Purchasing Transformation Programs (PTP), Sustainability@Supplier Initiatives and validation of processes at suppliers to support our drive to carbon neutrality.Roll out of purchasing-specific training documents for internal and external users (suppliers) and implementation or coordination of training courses in the regionSet and follow up relevant targets on regional level in alignment with global targets in the area of purchasing sustainabilityYour Qualifications

Technical studies (preferred) e.g. mechanical/environmental engineering with a corresponding focus or Commercial studies, e.g. with a focus on sustainability, supply chain management or comparable specialisations
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience focus on sustainability, preferably in the automotive industry
Knowledge of common international management systems
