Job Summary:The Financial Accountant is responsible for managing the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial records. This role oversees daily revenue reconciliation across multiple streams, records accounting transactions, and ensures compliance with tax and reporting requirements. The position plays a key part in month-end closing, preparing and consolidating financial data for reporting to the parent company, and delivering reports within strict deadlines. The Financial Accountant also maintains proper documentation and supports the finance team in achieving efficient and reliable financial operations.Key Responsibilities:
Revenue reconciliation: intercompany transactions, bank statements and payment gateway.
Verify and reconcile daily revenue against the Daily Report.
Record related accounting transactions in the accounting software and Tax Reports
Perform month-end accounting activities including reconciliations and journal entries.
Record day-to-day financial transactions, including membership fees, personal training income, merchandise sales, and other revenue streams.
Assist in preparation of month-end reports, Report Package and Deferred Revenue to HQ
Consolidation/Reporting to Parent Company. Prepare and consolidate financial data as required by the parent company.
Submit reports within the specified deadlines.
Collect, review, and properly file accounting documents.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or any related fields.
Experience: 1-5 years in General Ledger accounting, with a strong understanding of financial reporting.
Experience working with gym memberships, sales, and service-based revenue models is a strong plus.
Experienced in Xero or any accounting software.
Strong Thai Tax knowledge is preferable
Strong knowledge of accounting principles
Proficiency in Excel is a must.
Attention to details, Detailed-orientated.
Good command of English (Written and spoken)
