  • - Supervise and coordinate technical staff operations to ensure proper resolution of company/client problems - Provide hands on training to technical staff to ensure a competent and effective workforce - Develop and implement policies and procedures for the performance of work operations - Ensure availability of work tools, machine, and other necessary equipment required for the performance of job duties - Monitor and review employee work performance to identify areas of inefficiency - Motivate technical staff to deliver timely and high quality - Present reports of work operations to company management in order to provide information useful in taking key business decisions - Ensure technical operators comply with set health/safety policies and procedures

  • - Minimum of Bachelor of Electronics Technology, Engineering Program or related field. - Experience 3-5 years in repairing Smart phones, tablets and other consumer electronics and operating systems - Problem solving skills, analytical skills and the ability to make decisions quickly - Organizational and team leader skills - The ability to investigate and identify trends Technical skills - Better than average written and spoken English communication skill - Excellent computer skills in Microsoft windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel and skill in access.
