Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 (Based on Experience)
Job Description:
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve market positioning.
- Ensure all agreements are aligned with company policies and objectives.
- Track and report on key account performance metrics.
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
1. Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Chinese language, Business Management, Marketing, E-Commerce, Logistics or any related fields.
2. Work Experience:
Minimum 3 years of prior experience (Logistics and E-Commerce experience would be advantage.)
3. Language Skills:
Proficient in Chinese communication
4. Interpersonal Skills:
Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
5. Analytical Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
