You'll be the key link between clinicians, distributor partners, and the regional internal team - ensuring our life-changing products are understood, adopted, and valued.What You'll Do:Lead and execute your territory plan to drive revenue and market shareTrain, support, and empower distributor partners to maximize sales opportunitiesBuild strong relationships with clinicians, hospitals, and KOLsPartner with marketing on product launches and campaignsDeliver impactful education programs, clinical training, and peer-to-peer eventsEngage with government and reimbursement bodies to enhance product accessLeverage CRM, data, and omnichannel tools to track and grow opportunitiesWhat You Bring:A proven track record in medical devices, ideally in a similar commercial or clinical role (Respiratory, ICU, Anesthesia networks highly favoured)Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to communicate value to healthcare professionalsExceptional relationship-building skills with both clinical and commercial stakeholdersA results-driven mindset with strong territory and account management skillsHigh energy, adaptability, and self-motivation to deliver results independentlyWillingness to travel extensively across Thailand and occasionally in APAC
