Individuals in this job family work closely with various teams to execute marketing initiatives, analyze market trends, and develop brand strategies.This entry-level role in the Brand Management Capability job family is designed for individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the field of brand management. As a Band 1 employee, you will assist in executing brand strategies, participate in the development of new ideas under guidance, and focus on specific tasks within a brand or team.Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and assist in executing brand strategies within the team or organization.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.
  • Focus on specific tasks or segments within a brand or team with clearly defined objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively within the immediate team to maximize job impact and personal learning.
  • Work under direct supervision, following well-defined precedents and policies
Job QualificationsQualifications:
  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the field of brand management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills to ensure strong collaborative relationships within the team.
  • Awareness of relevant internal stewardship requirements and ability to act accordingly.
