  • Support marketing initiatives by participating in food promotions, media events, and collaborations.
  • Align culinary operations with the hotel's long-term business strategy.
  • Continuously innovate and refresh food and beverage offerings, especially in milestone events such as the hotel's ten-year anniversary.
  • Ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak periods and special events.
