This role focuses on both offline and online communication campaigns to support product promotion and quarterly focus campaigns in collaboration with bank partners.Key Accountabilities and Performance Measures:Develop and execute 360° marketing communication campaigns (offline and online) aligned with quarterly product focus.Lead strategic planning and execution of advertising and media campaigns.Collaborate with product development and creative teams to produce marketing materials (e.g., brochures, sales tools, website content).Manage communication campaign budgets and monitor performance metrics (ROI, engagement, conversion).Coordinate with internal teams and external teams such as creative/ media agencies and bank partners to ensure campaign effectiveness.Stay updated on marketing trends and proactively identify growth opportunities.Strengthen Prudential brand visibility through partnership’s media channels.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing Communication, or related field.8+ years of experience in marketing communication, with strong expertise in both offline and online media.Proven experience in managing integrated campaigns and working with creative/media agencies.Strong project management skills.Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.Experience in bancassurance or financial services is a plus.Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
