  • Develop and execute a 5-year strategic roadmap for business growth in Thailand.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, including high-potential clients and emerging sectors.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of strategic partnerships and contingency plans to mitigate market volatility.
Operational Excellence
  • Drive performance improvements across sales, supply chain, and customer service.
  • Optimise operational processes to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, corporate policies, and industry standards.
Business Development
  • Lead the acquisition of key strategic accounts, with a focus on long-term value creation.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Team Leadership
  • Inspire, mentor, and manage a cross-functional team across sales, technical support, and operations.
  • Foster a high-performance culture with clear KPIs and accountability.
  • Lead talent development and succession planning initiatives.
Financial Management
  • Own the P&L for Thailand and deliver on revenue, margin, and cost targets.
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a country or regional management role.
  • Proven success in business development and strategic account acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of Thailand's agri-food, feed, or life sciences market.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance short-term execution with long-term vision.
  • Fluent in English and Thai; excellent communication and negotiation skills.
