Align financial strategy with business objectives and growth plans
Partner with executives to assess risks and shape long-term financial direction
Develop and oversee accounting systems, policies, and reporting accuracy
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
Manage cash flow, liquidity planning, and investment activities
Maintain banking relationships and ensure treasury compliance
Ensure tax compliance and optimize financial costs
Drive ERP and financial tech implementation for process automation
Enforce ethical practices and corporate governance standards
Lead ESG and sustainability-related financial reporting
Strengthen internal controls and manage financial risk across subsidiaries
The Successful ApplicantA successful CFO should have:
Bachelor's in Accounting and Master's in MBA, Finance, or Accounting
Experience in SAP implementation (as super user or project lead)
Background at Financial Controller level or higher
CPD certification; CPA or Big 4 audit experience is a plus
Proven project leadership across various initiatives
Exposure to international business or manufacturing is a plus
Fluent in English.
