Employment Type: Full-time, PermanentAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly driven Sales Team Leader to join a fast-growing technology company specializing in Cloud-Native Applications, Cloud Platforms, and DevSecOps solutions. This role is ideal for someone who wants to take ownership of sales strategy, lead a team, and drive growth by building strong client relationships and delivering innovative solutions that help enterprises stay competitive.You will work closely with leadership and solution consultants, coaching and supporting the sales team while also engaging directly with enterprise clients to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closing.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targetsCo-develop annual sales strategies and execute plans for business growthEngage with enterprise clients to understand requirements and recommend suitable solutionsCollaborate with solution consultants to deliver technical proposals, presentations, and demonstrationsNegotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements with key decision-makersBuild and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with clients and accountsActively identify and pursue new business opportunities through multiple channelsStay up to date with trends in cloud, software, and DevSecOps to ensure competitive positioningQualificationsBachelors degree in any field (Computer Science, IT, or related preferred)5+ years of B2B tech sales experience3+ years leading or coaching a sales teamProven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targetsStrong knowledge of cloud platforms, cloud-native applications, and DevSecOps solutionsEstablished relationships with enterprise decision-makers are highly desirableExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsBonus: Experience selling AI-driven solutionsProactive, customer-focused, and results-driven mindsetGood command of English is an advantageWhats on Offer
