Act as a trusted advisor in steering the legal strategy and governance framework across the organization.
Lead the review, negotiation, and execution of a wide range of legal documents, including commercial contracts, investment agreements, and strategic transactions.
Provide proactive legal counsel to senior executives on complex business initiatives, risk mitigation, and corporate structuring.
Ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations across all business units and jurisdictions in which the group operates.
Mentor and lead legal team members through high-stakes transactions, while fostering continuous learning and professional development.
The Successful Applicant
LL.M degree with strong academic background.
15+ years of legal experience, including 10 years at a law firm.
Experienced in leadership or management role.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Confident in handling negotiations, resolving conflicts, and providing legal analysis.
Solid understanding of Thai laws and internal governance practices.
Fluent communication in both Thai and English
