Evaluate salesperson performance complying with Market Conduct of BOT, THAI SEC, and OIC.
Evaluate salesperson quality of branch nationwide in Deposit, Mutual fund, Structure debenture, Bancassurance, Home loan, and Personal cash according to the requirements of Market Conduct
Prepare the result and quality problems to present to management on monthly basis.
Provide recommendations for improvement on the performance.
Collaborating with vendor to discuss and develop actionable solutions then follow up on the progress until issues are fixed or the target is achieved.

Holds a Life Insurance Broker License (นว.) and a Non-Life Insurance Broker License (นช.)
