Qualifications:
3-4 years of experience in Cost Engineer from Oil&Gas, or EPC business only.
Bachelor degree of Engineering .
Good command in English (must) need communicate with oversea
Able to work Monday to Saturday.
Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects and manufacturing processes.
Analyze project specifications and drawings to forecast costs.
Track actual costs vs. budgeted costs.
Identify cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
Generate regular cost reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain documentation for audits and project reviews.
Work with procurement teams to evaluate supplier quotes and pricing.
Ensure cost-effective sourcing of materials and services.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure financial efficiency.
Support tendering and bidding processes with accurate cost data.
Communicate with overseas teams and clients, requiring good English proficiency.
