Project & Product Team Leader |100K -150K THB | Work From Anywhere (Thailand)Permanent Role | Leadership Position | Digital Delivery FocusA fast-growing digital solutions company is seeking an experienced Project & Product Team Leader to lead cross-functional delivery teams and ensure the successful execution of complex software initiatives. This role offers full flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Thailand and is ideal for a delivery leader with strong stakeholder management, technical fluency, and team leadership experience.What You'll Do

Lead and manage three core teams:
Business Analysis: Drive requirement clarity and documentation
UX/UI Design Champion: user-centric, scalable interfaces
Project Management Ensure on-time, within-budget delivery across multiple engagements
You will also coordinate closely with internal developers, QA, DevSecOps, and client stakeholders throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

What Were Looking For

10+ years of experience in digital product or software project delivery
5+ years in a leadership or project lead role
Experience managing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Solid understanding of SDLC, UX/UI processes, and business analysis practices
Strong English and Thai communication skills
Experience with AI tools in delivery is a plus
Strong sense of ownership and team development
