Responsibilities: - Responsible for monitoring and supporting network infrastructure on a 24/7 rotating shift (5 days on, 2 days off).
- Handle setup and maintenance of network and security equipment (e.g., routers, firewalls, VPN systems, and traffic management tools).
- Diagnose and resolve network issues remotely.
- Manage support tickets, provide timely updates, and coordinate with service providers or vendors as needed.
- Set up and maintain systems for monitoring and analyzing network performance.
Qualifications: - 1-3 years of experience in IT network support or related roles
- Knowledge of enterprise network systems and monitoring tool
- Familiar with Cisco products, load balancers, and firewall appliances
- Practical experience in networking, routing, and switching
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
