This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Pre-Sales, Legal, Finance, Business Strategy, and Technology.Our enterprise-grade payment platform enables real-time retail payments, rapid transaction processing, and central banking solutions. It supports a broad range of use cases across modern financial ecosystems and empowers clients with fast, scalable, and secure payment infrastructure.Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a robust sales and business development strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
- Lead all aspects of the sales process, including forecasting, budgeting, pipeline management, and profitability tracking.
- Drive revenue through new customer acquisition and strategic account expansion across banking and fintech segments.
- Maintain and grow key client relationships through cross-selling, up-selling, and consistent stakeholder engagement.
- Build go-to-market plans for new regions and verticals; identify and capitalize on market expansion opportunities.
- Structure and close profitable enterprise-level deals with a strong understanding of P&L impact and financial levers.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment on service delivery, pricing, SLAs, and compliance.
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify market trends to refine sales strategy.
- Conduct detailed account planning and relationship mapping across high-value clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of proven success in enterprise sales and account leadership, ideally within payment solutions or enterprise technology for financial institutions.
- Strong experience in solution selling or enterprise B2B sales to mid-sized and large banks, fintechs, or government institutions.
- Demonstrated success in building new customer portfolios and delivering revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of financial services technology with knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
- Real-Time Payments (RTP)
- EFT Switches / Transaction Switching
- Payment Gateway / Online Commerce
- Card Management & ATM Driving Solutions
- Core Banking Systems
- Outsourced Payment Services
- Strong track record managing relationships and closing deals with:
- Top 10-15 banks in the country
- Leading fintech companies
- Key players in financial infrastructure and retail payments Preferred Attributes
