• Develop and manage strategies to improve channel performance, recruitment, retention, and productivity.
• Analyze and report on distribution metrics (sales, recruitment, persistency).
• Oversee projects to transform distribution operations, including digital tools and incentive programs.
• Collaborate with channel leaders to enhance recruitment, training, and compensation models.
• Align distribution strategies with business goals and manage change initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3-5 years’ experience in business analysis, project management, or distribution strategy.
• Experience in the insurance industry or distribution projects.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
