Approach real estate developers, Japanese corporations, factories/warehouses, and hotel/resort operators
Generate leads and sales opportunities via market research and networking
Expand customer base through sales activities in Thailand and the ASEAN region
2. Client Relationship Building & Maintenance
Build trust with key decision-makers
Understand client needs and collaborate with internal design teams for tailored proposals
Promote repeat business through regular follow-ups and relationship maintenance
3. Sales Strategy Planning & Execution
Plan and execute sales strategies reflecting our brand and quality standards
Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations (in collaboration with marketing and design teams)
Monitor goal achievement and report progress (KPI management)
4. Market Research
Track trends, regulations, and competitors in the construction and real estate industries
Provide internal feedback based on customer input for service and product improvement
Submit regular reports and materials to Japanese HQ or managers
5. Embody Brand and Professionalism
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and business meetings
Communicate the trust, quality, and attention to detail of a Japanese firm to clients
คุณสมบัติ
Male or Female / Age 30-40 years old
Thai Nationality
Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, business, marketing, or a related field
At least 5 years of sales or business development experience in the architecture/design/construction industry
Experience working with Japanese companies or Japanese clients is a plus
Understanding of Japanese business decision-making, etiquette, and commercial customs
Able to travel domestically and internationally (within ASEAN) as needed
Knowledge of the Thai real estate and construction market is a plus
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proactive, persistent approach to achieving goals
Good English skill (Speaking/ Reading/ Writing)
Good Japanese skill : Conversational level or higher (JLPT N2/N3 or equivalent)
Basic computer skills (MS)
Knowledge of architectural design services, especially for commercial/industrial facilities or mixed-use development
Familiarity with Thailand's real estate and construction markets is a plus
