Job Description
- To handle and control the performance of the following QA/QC department (All processes since supplier / Outsource to the customer) achieve the company's targets. - Performing to control any assigned job, the kind to QA/QC, such as incoming, In-Process, Outgoing and etc. (Quality level of supplier & Customer). - To analyze the customer complaints and evaluate the feedback for the purpose of improvement and customer satisfaction. - To ensure good customer relationships and to make sure that all customer requirements are satisfied with a quick and effective response. - To investigate vendor and supplier quality issues - Implementing and maintaining all quality control procedures from the incoming inspection of material to the in-process control in production until the final control of finished goods before shipment to the customer by the company's quality control standards. - Following up on any non-conformity problems relating to components with suppliers and coordinating with their QC / QA teams to identify appropriate corrective actions. - Following up on any customer quality complaints and defining suitable corrective actions with the concerned department and/or suppliers. - Providing training to the Quality Auditors about quality control procedures. - Recommending improvements to processes and/or quality control procedures to improve quality and follow up on internal company audits. - Any other tasks assigned by the managerJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, or a related field - At least 3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance in a manufacturing company. - Experience in handling a wide range of products or components (preferably over 1,000 items) - At least 1 year of management experience - At least conversational - high English to overseas suppliers
Preferable Skill / Experience
- Working experience in a Japanese company - Having experience in the Automotive industry
