-To maximize Productivity
-Troubleshooting on defect and solving the problem both In-house and Vendors
-To control production budget, maintain the quality standard and delivering the products on the given deadline
-Always analyze and Implement to ensure better results in accordance with the quality standards
-Oversee the production process and production schedule
-Monitor the production processes In house , Vendors and adjust schedules
-Supervise and Motivate a team of workers In house , Vendors
-Coordinate with other QA,PC,Procurement to operate production smoothly
-Able to communicate and report in English.
-Knowledge and experience in printing / packaging is an advantage.
-Able to work under pressure and handle variety of work at once.【Qualification】
-Male/Female, Age : 35-40 years old.
-Education : Industrial Engineering / Printing and Packaging Technology or related field
-Work experience : 10 years or more in management level (production department with subordinate)
-Subordinate : In house and vendors
-Have driving license and own a car.【Allowance & Benefit】
