Associate Planning Director

• Manages team members in order to deliver their individual personal growth targets
• Overseas output from the team, providing quality control on any documents produced by the team
• Understands the trading implications of planning decisions made to ensure agency and client objectives are delivered
• Understands and ensures that each team member fully understand and can deliver against client key performance indicators/targets
• Supports the Director to ensure client and the business' priorities are filtered through to the team
• Manages upwards to ensure any challenges are resolved quickly and timely

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in media planning within a media or advertising agency
• Strong understanding of media planning, audience targeting, and data-driven planning
• Excellent leadership, people management, and team-building skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Effective communication and presentation abilities
