CAREERS__DESC_TITLETikTok Management * Develop and execute TikTok strategies tailored to esports and gaming audiences.
  • Create and edit engaging short-form video content (e.g., via CapCut).
  • Manage TikTok operations including posting, engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor trends and community buzz to inspire viral content.
  • Support cross-platform campaigns and be available during esports events, including weekends.
KOL Management * Coordinate and manage KOLs/influencers for esports-related content and campaigns.
  • Develop collaboration plans with KOLs to align with esports brand and marketing goals.
  • Content Creation: Guide and provide creative direction for the content produced by KOL/Influencer.
  • Support the team in various tasks related to esports content production, events, and marketing operations as needed.
CAREERS__REQUIRE_TITLE
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years proven experience managing TikTok channels or creating content for TikTok with a clear understanding of short-form video storytelling.
  • Understanding of content virality and platform trends.
  • Passion in games:
- Hardcore RoV player (at least Commander rank)
- Watched RoV Esports (know big teams; Bacon, Talon, Buriram and can name a few legendary RoV Pro Players) * Familiar with video editing tools; CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools is preferred.
  • New graduates with outstanding portfolios are also welcome to apply.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
