Lead and manage end-to-end warehouse operations:
Warehousing & Distribution Drive excellence in inventory, storage, receiving, kitting, and shipping
Operational Improvement: Identify gaps, improve processes, and adopt advanced technologies
Team Leadership: Set objectives, manage performance, and support career development
Compliance & Safety: Ensure health and safety standards are consistently met
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams while managing space planning, budgeting, and long-term capacity forecasting.
What We're Looking For
10+ years of experience in warehouse/distribution management
At least 5 years in a leadership role within supply chain or logistics
Strong knowledge of modern warehousing technologies, statistical analysis, and project management
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Comfortable operating across multiple sites and managing large teams
Good command of English
