You will be working regionally, but be part of the Global Fragrance Capability team at Unilever, working at the interface between our company and the Fragrance House suppliers to deliver excellence in all aspects of the perfumery of Home Care products.Job Purpose:
You will work as the fragrance expert with a wide range of functions (marketing, R&D, Supply management, consumer insight etc) both regionally and globally involved in the fragrance creation and selection aspects for our Brands,Main Responsibilities: (dependent on experience and level)Translate fragrance trends, consumer insights, and an in-depth understanding of our Brands in the markets in which they exist, into fragrance briefs to inspire the best from Fragrance Houses.Lead the brief and work closely with the Fragrance Houses, before making final recommendations to take through to market.Continuously build Unilever’s internal global fragrance capability.Work in close collaboration with the formulation teams to optimise fragrance delivery and improve valueAll about you:We are looking for people with the right experience, mindset and competencies. Experience of working in a Fragrance House is an added bonus, but not essential.The job requires a high level of olfactive ability coupled with an inquisitive passion to understand consumer preference in fragrance, being their voice in the creation of new fragrances.High-level communication skills are vital to this role. Absolutely core is to be able to communicate with clarity and authority in the specialist area of fragrance description with the Fragrance Houses.
