Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores in Thailand.
  • Work closely with Retail Operations team, Marketing & Buying, GM Thailand & the Executive Management in HQ.
  • Develop an operating plan, training budget, new store business forecast, capital expenditure & operational performance.
  • Set sales target & drive sales performance, implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, and analyzing sales data.
  • Ensure optimal inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and minimize loss.
  • Oversee retail staff, schedule shifts, provide training, and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained across all stores, handle customer complaints and feedback.
  • Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising (VM), and overall store environment to brand standards.
  • Generate reports on store performance, analyze data, and provide insights to improve operations.
  • Develop area supervisors' capabilities for the achievement of the company.
  • Lead the retail operations team & update the company policy/ procedure & operational manual.
  • Coordinate with HR team to develop manpower plan to support the business growth.
Job Qualifications:
  • Over 20 years of working experiences in Apparel Retail industry, proven experience in retail operations, preferably in a management role.
  • Bachelor/ Master of Business Administration in Sales or Marketing or other related fields.
  • Strong knowledge and background of sports or fashion market.
  • Data-driven decision for sales & marketing.
  • Excellent in analytical and numeric skills: forecasting/ budgeting/ pricing.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking & operational expertise.
  • Business & financial acumen & Growth mindset.
  • Effective communication & resilience.
  • English literacy and Chinese are an advantage.
