- Ensure the production operation running smoothly in term of Production Performance, Quality, Safety and the MUST HAVE.
- Coordinate with the other function that related with production activities (Maintenance, Quality, Planning and Support function).
- Control the inventory of consumable material and spare part within the section.
- Process Optimization: Analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality. Implement lean manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance, calibration, and operation of machinery. Ensure equipment is functioning optimally and troubleshoot any mechanical or technical issues that arise.
- Quality Control: Develop and enforce quality control standards. Monitor production to ensure compliance with quality specifications and regulatory requirements. Implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Project Management: Lead and manage projects related to process improvements, new equipment installations, or modifications to existing systems. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare reports and make data-driven recommendations to management in term of production performance, maintenance, quality and other related report
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all production activities adhere to safety standards and environmental regulations. Promote a culture of safety within the production team.
- Training and Support: Train production staff on new processes, equipment, and safety procedures. Provide technical support and guidance to resolve production issues.
- Perform other related duties as assignedQualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Master Degree (Ceramic/ Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering/Science or relevant)
- 0-3 years of experience in ceramic, ceramic 's raw material, mining or cement industry
