We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial planning, management, and governance of the organization. The CFO will play a critical role in driving financial strategy, ensuring fiscal health, and supporting sustainable growth across multiple business areas.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership in all financial matters, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Oversee financial reporting, compliance, risk management, and internal controls.
- Manage capital structure, cash flow, and investment planning to support growth objectives.
- Partner with the CEO and executive team to align financial strategy with corporate goals.
- Lead financial analysis to support decision-making and business performance evaluation.
- Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and processes to ensure transparency and efficiency.
- Manage banking relationships, auditors, and external stakeholders.
- Supervise finance, accounting, and related functions to ensure operational excellence.
- Mentor and develop the finance team, building a strong leadership pipeline.
- Leverage AI-driven financial tools for forecasting, data analysis, fraud detection, and process automation.
- Champion digital transformation initiatives in finance using AI and emerging technologies to optimize efficiency and insights.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred).
- Minimum 8-10 years of senior financial management experience, ideally as CFO or equivalent.
- Strong track record in financial strategy, corporate finance, and capital management.
- Expertise in risk management, compliance, and corporate governance.
- Proven leadership with ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of ERP, financial management systems, and AI-powered financial solutions.
- Ability to apply AI tools for predictive modeling, scenario planning, and data visualization.
- Fluent in English (spoken, written, and reading).
