Urgently seeking a process design manager. This role will be instrumental in developing and implementing cutting-edge technologies like automated machinery, control systems, and innovative production processes within the manufacturing plant. This role demands expertise in machine design, process engineering, and leading a team of engineers.Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree or degree in Engineering
At least 10 years of experience in machine design, process engineering, and automation system development in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in designing, manufacturing, and installing industrial machinery.
Demonstrated experience in improving manufacturing processes and automation systems within the manufacturing industry and related fields.
Ability to manage large-scale projects from initiation to completion.
Experience with Die Cut, Flexo, or Slotter Scorer machines is a significant plus.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
Positive attitude, eager to learn new things, ability to work two Saturdays per month, and willingness to be based in Chiang Mai.
