Business Intelligence - Project Team (SPX Express)

• Develop insights, strategy, and initiatives for SPX Operations Team to solve problems from supply chain planning and optimization, human resources, cost optimization, and more
• Identify potential improvement factors and build up initiatives for SPX E2E Operation SLA and lead the initiatives cross-function to see results
• Prepare presentation, reports, and dashboard to update and review initiatives outcomes and performance

• 1~3 years of experience working in project management, strategic planning, or business development in a high dynamic environment.
• Extremely comfortable with manipulating, analyzing, and modeling a vast amount of data using advanced SQL skills, Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Data Studio.
• Experience building data models and/or predictive models used in a business production environment.
• English proficiency (professional to native is strictly required.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome
