Develop and implement strategic medical education programs and curricula in collaboration with internal teams, aimed at enhancing customer engagement and experience with aesthetic products.
Build and manage a network of expert speakers to serve as advocates for the company's medical education initiatives.
Lead multiple concurrent projects to accelerate educational activities that support the appropriate and optimal use of the product portfolio.
Coordinate and align educational messaging across internal and external stakeholders, including trainers, faculty, and cross-functional teams.
Analyze program performance and present insights and recommendations to leadership.
Oversee agency partners and contingent staff to ensure smooth planning and execution of educational initiatives.
Foster strong relationships across departments to support program success.
Ensure all programs are executed in compliance with regulatory and legal standards.
Stay informed on emerging trends in facial aesthetics to continuously improve educational offerings.
Manage program budgets effectively and contribute to future budget planning.
Travel as needed to support key programs, events, and conventions.
Actively participate in workplace health and safety initiatives, adhere to company policies, and promote a safe and compliant working environment.
The Successful Applicant
Holds a bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in science, healthcare, or business.
Has a minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing, medical education, brand strategy, or related roles within aesthetics, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or consumer goods.
Demonstrates strong strategic thinking and the ability to execute complex projects on time.
Experienced in KOL development, event management, and educational program delivery.
Possesses excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
Skilled in budget management and program performance analysis.
Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing internal and external stakeholders.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
Passionate about education and driving behavioural change in clinical practice.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Open to feedback and able to navigate ambiguity with a proactive mindset.
Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally as required.
What's on Offer
Competitive salary ranging from 1,620,000 to 1,980,000 THB per year, including bonuses.
13-month base salary structure with additional variable bonus of 16%.
Car allowance of 12,500 THB/month and car insurance reimbursement up to 30,000 THB/year.
