Collaborate on financial planning and ensure alignment with international reporting standards
Manage compliance with Thai tax regulations and oversee intercompany financial activities
Enhance liquidity and working capital through strategic funding and cash flow management
Implement and monitor robust internal control systems
Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team to meet both local and global standards
Ensure financial operations adhere to local laws and corporate governance policies
The Successful ApplicantA successful Head of Finance & Accounting should have:
Degree in Finance or Accounting; certified accountant status required
Over 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 in a leadership role
Expertise in IFRS and financial reporting practices
Deep knowledge of Thai tax laws and BOI/Free Trade Zone operations
Familiarity with internal controls and ERP systems like SAP
Proven leadership in managing and developing finance teams
