Offline Media Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating campaigns across key OOH formats (billboards, transit, digital screens), POSM materials, and brand activations.
Execution & Coordination: Work closely with media agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely deployment and quality control of offline media.
Tracking & Monitoring: Support in tracking campaign roll-outs, collecting proofs of performance (POP), and maintaining media placement logs.
Activation Logistics: Support the setup of event-based campaigns or roadshows-helping with logistics, branding assets, and on-ground coordination.
Cross-Functional Sync: Collaborate with creative, branding, and regional teams to ensure consistent messaging across touchpoints.
Performance Recap: Assist in compiling campaign recaps, documenting coverage, and extracting learnings to improve future activations.
What you'll Need:
1-2 years of experience in offline media, brand activation, or marketing (internships count!)
Basic understanding of OOH, POSM, and event logistics
Strong coordination, organizational, and project management skills
Comfortable managing vendors and external stakeholders
Passionate about seeing brand come to life in the physical world
