Oversee all accounting operations, including month-end and year-end closing
Ensure compliance with Thai accounting standards and tax regulations
Manage financial reporting and analysis to support business decisions
Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
Supervise and develop the accounting team
Collaborate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and HQ for financial alignment
Implement and improve internal controls and accounting systems
The Successful ApplicantA successful Accounting Manager should have:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA is a plus
Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in manufacturing
Strong knowledge of Thai tax laws and financial reporting standards
Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) and Thai; English is a plus
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Hands-on experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
Able to work onsite in Chonburi
